View source for Open webpage in new IE

I need this feature and read this post [[Open link in new browser window]]

but then it didnt work like I expected
it did call the mozilla but and then it was closed
I dont know why.

I dont need to open the page in mozilla
IE is fine for me.
and then I figure out a way to work around
and I want to share it in case someone need it.
