: Every version of NSIS supports I18N of installers. Take a look at the examples, like languages.nsi or Modern UI\MultiLanguages.nsi. The tools used to create installers (makensis.exe, makensisw.exe, the documentation, etc.) do not support I18N. However, there are translations available for certain parts. There is a complete French translation, documentation German translation and probably more I forgot. --[[User:Kichik|kichik]] 09:52, 15 October 2006 (PDT) | |||

Patching
This page should include the information that the zip files are intended to be extracted into the main installation directory on top of a standard installation of the matching NSIS version. Of, course, it is rather self-evident if you have worked with NSIS before but it can confuse new users. Froesccn 08:48, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
NSISBI breaks 2GB limit
There is available build named NSISBI https://sourceforge.net/projects/nsisbi/, which can create one file installer bigger than 2GB up to 4GB (maximal size of any exe file). Build support also bigger installers than 4GB but with more files. --Zanir 24 March 2019
