While SetOutPath is set, the folder is locked:
SetOutPath "$InstDir\Somedir"
Thus trying to rename it:
Rename "$InstDir\Somedir" ""$InstDir\Somedir_Backup"
Will lead to:
Rename failed: C:\temp\myDir->C:\temp\myDir_Backup
