A users manual is included with every NSIS release. The documentation of the latest development version is available on-line.
Some tutorials are available in this website, ranging from simple to advanced topics.
There is also an unofficial French version of the users manual available (by Matze, WinampFR).
There is also an unofficial Polish version of the users manual available (by PaweÅ‚ Porwisz).
