Do not use them to send bug reports, feature requests or scripting questions. Use the bug tracker for bug reports, feature requests tracker for feature requests and the forum for scripting questions. It is much easier to keep track of what is going on in those facilities and all of them allow more than one person to answer and more than one person to see the answer. Also be sure to read the documentation first, including the FAQ.
