Does this solution require that the $INSTDIR is static in the installer (i.e. not user-selectable at time of install execution)? It seems that it would if you pre-create, sign, and then include the uninstall.exe with the rest of the files in the installer. i.e. I won't be able to use the $INSTDIR variable dynamically within the uninstaller! (?)
Anders: No, it does not. There is a dummy installer that runs first on your system to generate the uninstaller.exe.
